We received an email from the adoption agency and they confirmed they recieved our commitment letter and request for additional information. They told us a response from China for the list of requests we have (mainly a thorough examination from an eye doctor) could take one week to two months.
We continue to keep positive thoughts about our possible daughter and we pray daily for healing. We also pray for China to allow her to see a doctor and the examination will go well.
This week we have encouraged our children to pray for their sister. It is awesome to hear a 4 and 7 year old pray for something so special.
We also greatly appreciate the prayers from friends and family.
